    My thoughts are that the new premier will probably have to let the people of Vic know where he stands on many of the big issues facing the state, and the LV and it's planned development will be one of them. I think we will see it mentioned in the news in the near future where as without the change it would have probably remained quiet for the time being. Just my opinion.

    I like the fact that he hinted last year that the state needs to see who's doing what before they commit to major infrastructure such as rail from the LV as it may not be necessary. I am assuming he likes the idea of a Co funding its own pipline rather than the state spending $billions.
