The thing about the bigger O&G players is that they're not stupid and haven't make a success out of themselves by giving away free money.
If they come into a JV at Surprise, you can bet that they'll secure the better deal. That means that we'll lose a large share of a proven (I'm hopeful) resource all for the short term benefit of getting it online before the oppies.
Anyway, JVs are good but we seem to come off 2nd best when involved.
