    Yes we used too come off second best when JH was making deals with no hopers!

    Not so, now with RC cracking the whip on the Surprise race horse,we are on a huge winner guys and gals!!

    We will need multiple JV's to cover our vast land holdings.

    P.S. Soon we will be in the hundreds OR thousands of $$$$ per acre IMO.
