A further point on the non-exclusive German deal and for that matter any non-exclusive deal going forward.
JIN have been preparing for some time for a more competitive environment in jurisdictions going forward . Their software is getting more advanced all the time which is evidenced in their recent new product releases see 'jumbostudios'..... They also have a pipeline of new enhancements coming..... Not any "hillbilly" operation can do that.
