30-40% price rise in Perth over the next 2 years or so! Now, that is one big call. On the face of it I don't think that is a too healthy situation all round. Time will tell but BIG call.
For me, if I pick up 30% in Sydney over the next 3-5 years I would be very much satisfied.
Where are the bears? Possibly like most of us on both 'sides ', probably tired of much argument about nothing :)
Property can be quite a boring investment and arguing over it even more so.
