Hi Bundalee. I would put some conditions on Zeds call. Maybe the median for all of Perth will not show such big rises but there are suburbs in the below median $500k that are flying now. Crappy Girrawheen big blocks are selling like hot cakes. Reports of 150 people going to a home open unit in Victoria Park and 8 offers contrasts with friends trying to sell for $1m in North Beach. Not a nibble in 5 months and they will need to drop to $800k to sell it at a near loss to what they paid for it 5 years ago. The affordable suburbs and selected prime areas have already gone up 20% in the last six months. Multi speed market but I agree with Zed some suburbs will go up 30% plus.
