    In the absence of any solid evidence, you'd want to establish motive. Did Julia have a motive to not physically witness a signature? I put it to you, the question of her being there (or not) did not alter the outcome of what occurred later, therefore Motive = Noneski.

    Also, I think this is a pertinent point Julia makes to Ben. Can he remember his opening words in an interview 3 years ago.

    A lawyer witnesses thousands of documents. But Ben says she should remember because this involved her mate? Well, I've only ever bought two houses in my life in the past 10 years but crikey I couldnt give you the details of where and how (& who) the contracts were signed and co-signed.

    Her not answering this question to Ben's satisfaction proves nothing.
