Make up your mind Tim either WEG have a marketing agreement or they dont - If PLV can sell the product without WEG why do they need to negotiate with them about it.

The EIM report said PLV were renegotiating with their Chinese joint venture partners on Cockatoo - That's a completely separate issue to the marketing agreement and Showman went to some lengths posting here to differentiate the 2

Yesterday extension notice said its about " the " joint venture not a new joint venture- The only shareholder approved joint venture was with WEG.

So now we have PLV having to meet preconditions - presumably if its a new deal then Woohoo here comes another independent report and an EGM to Vote - Which way will wEG vote if the deal is not with them .

How anyone can spin whats going down now as being anything other than a P/R nightmare is beyond me - Guess Rufus was right I must not be the evangelical type.
