Morning, basically the problem is that Mr Wrong Track and his band of watermelon huggers were not consulted on their turf, so because he personally was not consulted, he and his watermelon huggers have declared this to be a BM Conspiracy!
So, when you piss off a watermelon hugger and you don't get their personal permission to do something you end up with fanatics who will not stop until they are personally satisfied that every condition they want met is met.
This is the case with SMSL. They won't be satisfied until they are satisfied.
So, my point is when are LYC going to harvest these watermelons and drain them of their liquid? The truth is that they can't do anything until after the elections because they do not want to be seen as the bully, picking on retired and poor individuals. Thats it in a nutshell. So, until GE13 Ausheads is over and done and dusted, the SP is going to be at the mercy of whomever wants to play it. Therefore by the end of April we should know where we are at :)
