Again I think Colin's comments are fairly generic and give nothing away.

If you are talking about equity being an option for some of the funds needed, then yes, perhaps, but there is no need for a CR at all.
Colin is saying depends on how much they borrow, the terms etc. It may be better to go to the market for an additional amount.

But it would never have entered my mind now. We have loads of cash at the moment.
