so hoots your saying that even though PLV is entitled to sell its ore, the agreement states that WEG will always receive a commission as the exclusive agent?

and knowing this full well PLV sold ore to HSC and screwed WEG over by not paying them their rightful commission?

you would think if that was in the agreement it would be pretty clear wouldn't you, why would the MD say then that they are not entitled to anything from the HSC sale?

either is gross incompetence by management OR this angle of them being pissed off with the sale to HSC has nothing to do with whats taking place today in their negotiations..
