Yes excellent post Surandy. KEY would have to be a serious take over target considering that they hold the third largest acreage in the canning basin and by far offer the cheapest entry into the sector.
At a market cap of $5mill and an EV of only $1.5mill, KEY offers the most leverage in the canning basin.
A take over at this point in time would be an excellent strategy for the bigger boys however wouldn't be the best result for long term shareholders as KEYs value in their acreage will offer multiples to the upside in due course.
