its pausing after rises and then falling back .1 then buys are sitting waiting for sellers...when NO sell downs appear

..it surges ahead to the next level...and does the same again....looks like a strategy to bring out sellers to the lower level...slow climb up the ladder......hard to say what it will do....

its all over the place atm...up...down...up...close a tad above 4.1 will be a confidence booster for the stock....and the company needs it higher to get a decent cr price.....

...OR..its off to pick a street corner for the directors.....and so it continues........till next week
