    "so hoots your saying that even though PLV is entitled to sell its ore, the agreement states that WEG will always receive a commission as the exclusive agent?

    Tim I have not read the marketing agreement have you ? Is it in the public domain and available for scrutiny ? I was just stating the differnce between a Sole Agency and Exclusive agency as it applies to Real Estate .

    No one knows if WEG have any legal Recourse available to them on either issue - The Comm or being punted from the J/V.
