Consciously deterministic assumptions are needed.
Well let's take the simple assumption of inseparability... an e.g. When we talk about motion and matter in an infinite universe we can only assume that there is no matter without motion and not either in isolation. i.e. Just as there is no motion without matter then there can be no matter without motion.
However I still feel your central philosophy is one of being able to bag an infinite and you may need to go fishing elsewhere for that one.
