The butt stops with the CEO and Board of LCY....
By introducing ,promoting, and recommending NMDC to SH who would have relied on their competence in carrying out the proper due diligence to ensure that NMDC ticked all the right boxes that met the Co strategies and requirements before it took the risk of selling 50% of the Co and massively diluting existing SH
as to this day its looking like they have made a serious error of judgement..........
(if you employ someone who is incompetent the responsibility lies with the employer..can't blame the employee)LOL
