    Captain,

I sense that there's an air of panic overwhelming/clouding your better judgement, evidenced by your knee jerk reactions to the daily SP & MACD indicators etc. Think about why you chose this company in the first place. What's changed apart from the SP?
IDC (IMHO) is the wrong stock to trade based on SP and technical indicators alone, simply because it has very low liquidity and the vast majority of holders are large INVESTORS who are in for the long haul. If one is looking to profit from short term movements, then there are other markets/stocks that would better serve his/her trading objectives IMO.

Remember the vast majority of IDC is held by the big boys, and generally speaking they like to INVEST their money in companies that they see have the most potential to create and/or unlock value. In the case of IDC we are talking shareholders with billions (and in 2 cases trillions) under management. Individuals like you & me are simply fleas on an elephant and nothing that you & I say or do will change the elephants course. But IF you don't like the elephant you're on, then there are many others to choose from.

Re: SP, we are hearing that an HK insto is liquidating its 3% interest for reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with IDC's fundamentals. As a consequence the SP is continuing to experience pressure to the downside.

Also, total IDC shares traded yest. were a paltry 1.3m or 0.165% of the total registry. There were 27 trades in total (one of which was me adding to my position :-) If you compare this to peers of a similar m.cap eg. AMX & ABU each completing 140 odd trades yest, do you think that IDC's volume is cause for panic?

Hostory also shows us that stop loss orders are usually triggered when a SP falls below it's support. This did not happen with IDC yest. There was 1 trade below support at $0.094 before the SP went back up to $0.097, finally settling at $0.095 (support). Not to say that the SP won't go lower (there's a good chance it will IMO), but my point is that nowhere am I seeing any panic & capitulation from shareholders, except maybe you.

Finally you say 'Absolutely cannot raise money at these prices'. Why do you say this? Whilst there is cause for concern that a $0.10 SP or below will add further dilution to the registry, I still expect another routine quarterly private placement to be a shoe-in as they continue to deliver exceptional drill results.
