Could you tell me where you got the technical information about Berge Helene. My understanding is that its capacity is 1.6mbbl rather than 2.0mbbls. However, the part I am really interested in is the capacity for upgrade on-site for higher processing capacity.

I have recently formed a view that it is reasonably likely that subject to the capacity of the vessel, field production will be upgraded. That would involve development of Tevet and assumes Chinguetti has superior reserves etc to support it.
