Ecstacy pills are full of cheap speed. Speed dehydrates because you are running at a million miles an hour, sweating etc. Real ecstacy does not do this. If you're at a hot concert and you drank 10 beers without water, you'd be in trouble too.
No I wouldn't say it's not harmful. I'd just say that it is usually another factor that is responsible.
Indeed drinking too much water is very harmful. Somebody off their rocker on a pill can drink litres an hour because they always feel thirsty. Not much different to being hungry whenm smoking dope even if you've had a huge meal.
If kids were taking pure ecstacy, then there would be very few problems immediately. Of course it's terrible for your body's natural serotonin release, just like any other drug.
