As we all should know, prices move when news is better or worse than expected. Although in this case I'm sure expectations are low after news has been delayed longer than expected. As I correctly predicted, the technicals have ruled in the absence of news. It is really going to be interestingly to read the next announcement and see the reaction. It's difficult to call in the short term.
