That is a copy of the Weiss Wave done on Bullcharts by a user.
I still don't know how to use it as when David Weiss talks I immediately fall asleep. He seems totally unprepared in the webinars and by the time he works out what program he is using, the line widths and colours I have had enough.
His new book will be coming out in April so hopefully that may be worth getting.
