Agreed NS. Here is what I've just sent to the ASX Complaints Site.

"My SMSF has been investing in Lynas Corporation (LYC)for several years. Over the past two years I have been increasingy alarmed about the extraordinary ASX trading patterns in this stock.
Now I have found a detailed research report published on the internet that very clearly shows that institutional trading on LYC and other researched stocks has been conducted on an enormous scale over a protracted period that has not been revealed to market participants. Moreover, the evidence is clear in this report that I and thousands of other smaller investors have been seriously financially damaged by this secret pattern of trading, which appears to be inimical to my understanding of the way the ASX is supposed to operate for ordinary small private and incorporated SMSF investors like me. I also believe that the trading patterns shown in the referenced report contravene the ASX Corporate Governance Principles, 2nd Edition, published in 2010.
I seek investigation and restitution of this matter to provide a fair market for ALL ASX users. The research documenting this complaint is at:
    http://www.scribd.com/doc/129258881/7-1-Research-Findings-in-Relation-to-CDU-LYC-BBG-and-EGP?in_collection=4167210"

Now I may have erred in referring to the ASX’s Corporate Governance Principles, rather than e.g. its Customer Charter, which states:

"The ASX customer charter makes the following commitments. That ASX:
    • Works with its customers to deliver products and services that meet their needs and that provide them with choice
    • Supports Australia’s aspiration to be globally competitive and become one of the leading financial centres in the Asia Pacific region
    • Makes its products and services available on a non-discriminatory basis and on reasonable commercial terms
    • Manages its businesses and operations on a commercial basis to benefit its customers and provide appropriate returns to ASX shareholders
    • Recognises its role as a provider of critical financial infrastructure to the Australian financial markets, and makes the necessary investments to ensure it can fulfil this role and provide confidence to market participants, investors and regulators
    • Runs its operations in compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations
    • Has conflict handling arrangements in place that provide assurance and transparency about the way ASX conducts its business."
