Timing of it sucks.

Markets are now showing signs of recovery.

We had ample opportunity to acquire something cheap. How much longer will these opportunities present themselves? Who knows.

Gold has come down in price. Yes it may go up, it may go down.

Our gold assets are nothing spectacular but our iron ore deposit is world class.

Why are we focusing on spinning off our gold assets when iron ore is our bread and butter? You spin off assets to extract value, but you need the value to be there in the first place.

Nothing the company has done has made sense so far, so what would I know.
