Keeping rabid shareholders at bay by trying to deliver some good news and at the same time, over stepping the mark with your customer and their view of the situation with the comments you deliver via the announcement.
It just highlights how careful and precise you must be when releasing information to the market. You will get hit from every angle. It also highlights the need for a more thorough process within TZ.
