This is what happened last time in 2011 with the oversubscribed SPP for $5M:

"The Company received $12 million in application monies by the 12th December 2011 SPP closing date.

The scale back policy adopted by the Company means that shareholders will get 47.3455% of the amount applied for with the exception that holders with 1,000 shares or less at the record date will receive no more than $500 worth of SPP shares and holders of 50 shares or less at the record date will receive $10 worth of SPP shares"
