Not sure about the chart - I think we're just biding time waiting for AK to pull the freakin' note pad out again and get some info out to everyone.
It's the hands tied situation - because OPL will have to do the announcing - and AK is ready when they are.
Meantime - OPL is leaking info like a sieve and all the big players are jumping on board (70 sold out a few minutes ago and a big cap came straight in with 125,000 shares to slow it down). and little brother has to wait patiently.
