DrDann, 5c? 2c? With $7.8m cash? I find that unlikely.
TXN did finish up, and the TXN guys did perform. It was a strong case of the tail (TXN) wagging the dog (SEA), for at least a month before TXN got swallowed.
There is often selling in he case of demergers/takeovers. UML is a great example- just got smashed when Cortona holders for their new shares. SEA and TPD probably won't be at their best for a while, until the "unnatural holders" exit, and new holders come in for the fundamentals. Hopefully, the TPD Dire ctors will be able to find oil, just as they did so successfully, imo, with TXN. This TPD real estate might not be as good as the TXN real estate, but it id early days for this company.
