you don't get it.

neo desperately needs those options exercised early next year, especially as kain has a truckload of them.

why would you make good announcements now, let current option holders make money trading them, which yields nothing for the company, then disappoint punters later when there's still not much news?

if there is any good news for neo, it will be pumped early next year to get the options exercised rather than just traded - that way the big players get their slice and neo can retreat back to 4c for the mugs ......
