Sdaji is right. Some (all?) TXN holders already received our SEA shares last week. Probably on a deferred basis (I recall the March 14th implementation date in the docs), but no issue in trading. I also had SEA shares, so my share holding jumped from the previous amount.
Assuming most others already have their SEA shares we would already be seeing any selloff. However, maybe some online brokerages don't show the SEA shares yet. And from past experience, there can be some turbulence in shares following an acquisition. The new shareholders might switch out over time, not the first week. For SEA, fortunately, a good upside and strong broker recommendations.
