Share price manipulation has been around since year dot, havent seen what that report said but imo it would not been much more than whats common knowledge.
The charts are the only way to stay high and dry in this market place, if one doesnt use them in the correct manner it can make things quite difficult.
As I always say its so easy if one understands what they're looking at, if you dont you'll just become one of the many that are manipulated by the pros.
Anyone following the charts looking for a low risk entry possibly hasn't even taken a position with LYC, where as everyone else using their own methods have and are mostly holding losses, no need to say anymore hey
