Now i know nothing about washing coal but if our resource needs to be washed to reduce the ash content to an acceptable level, which by all accounts it does, then i have trouble understanding why the previous samples were unsuitable for washing due to the extreme low temperatures. Then how in hell are we going to be able to wash the coal once we start producing (ie if we ever do?) when the winter temperatures are well below freezing point?
Something does not ring true here with me, or, am I missing something?
Can anyone enlighten me?
