maybe we have finished with the C layer, maybe we havent.

if it was announced that we had finished, comments would be flying around to the tune of, what rate is it flowing at? etc
if we havent finished, "what is the bl00dy hold up?" etc

the last announcement stated we'd have a prelim report at the end of the month. Expect that, and nothing earlier imo.

comm's are improving from the company, and they have a lot on their plate at the moment. New's will come when its ready, not when you want it.

the one thing i am dissapointed about is the lack of interest in NWE after the presentation at the recent conference in sydney.
Maybe the risk analysis on NWE is to high right now. will a buying frenzy commence upon the release of the prelim report? will more confirmation be required before any new insto buying?
