Hangas. I don't see how you can say "totally caught unawares".

It was clear from the announcement entitled 'Joint Venture Heads of Agreement Executed' dated 25th January that NSL and Vijay were working towards a Joint Venture agreement, the outline of which was detailed in said HOA announcement.

I'm hoping that the conversion of the HOA to a "more commercial arrangement" (Cedric's words) is the cause and reason for the Trading Halt and, if so, then NSL have aligned themselves with a heavy weight in India that can bring PLENTY to the party....contacts, expertise, staff, equipment.

As I said before, IF this is what NSL have delivered to share holders, then it is game on!

I wonder what joeborgo is thinking?
