When did Hanlong put in a full takeover offer for SDL? Not far off TWO Years ago? They still do not have Funding in place to take over SDL.
Yes TWO Years nearly. How many people would take anyone seriously if they said we want to buy you out,but we may need to take TWO Years to get funding. Put everything on hold while we see if we can get funding. Do not speak to others about a takeover. We will be back if and when we get funding,just talk between yourselves while we try.

Sorry about the Investment opportunities you lose while we try over the next TWO Years.
Sorry your Board took our word that we could fund the projects. Your Board did not ask us if we had funding in place for the take over. Silly Board People.
