Personally I still think a settlement in the M&D case will occur, however todays result will probably reduce any settlement outcome.

At the end of the day my guess is that the possibility of a loss in court will be too higher risk for both parties to take and therefore a settlement out of court will be the most likely outcome.

As such, I would expect that all that needs to play out between now and then is how much that settlement will be for and I suspect todays result wont enhance that in IG favour.
