Hi baukaw.

Pandev has just posted the date and share price when Hanlong made the initial take over offer.

We are not on about when the take over offer price of $0.55 cents was excepted by the Board.
We are on about the initial offer price of $0.50 cents was offered by Hanlong.That is where our problems and getting close to TWO Year wait started.

I have mostly moved on to my next Investment and just look more than comment on SDL now. Just waiting for this mess to be finalised.
