Its interesting to note that our Company Secretary is looking to resign from his position as Company Secretary at Resource Development Group (RDG:AU) at the end of March 2013.

I wonder if this will have any bearing on his position with LCY? It may explain why your not getting any responses if his in the middle of a handover phase with the CFO of RDG until the EOM
