who knows hoots, its just food for thought, maybe if this was to pan out WEG might be happy to hold their 20%, but im throwing darts on the board..

if they cant shake the sales and marketing agreement out of WEG's hands (i reckon this is the 'conditions precedent') this deal might fall over and we go on with 100% of cockatoo and still looking for some finance to expedite the operations that need it on Cockatoo whilst we pay off our pre-sales (end of April from my calc's)
