Shelcomm has mentioned that the oppies expire on 6 July 2013 (unless extended).

well, there is no obligation on the company to extend the oppies and I have previously suggested that maybe if enough of us emailed martin to pass it on to management the weight of numbers just might make them make that decision, which, the way things are looking, will be the only way AKKOA holders won't lose all of their money.
This is a "precedent" that aws used last year and maybe if all of us used this wording, there might be some hope of an extension, which would be a huge windfall for AKKOA holders.

Send it to Martin Debelle, his email address is on their anns. So, what have AKKOA holders got to lose for just a minute's work!!

A company, code CCC, had the same problem recently and they have totally re-activated the potential of their options by doing the following, this is an excerpt from their announcement.

"Given the volatile capital markets experienced throughout 2011 and 2012 and that market conditions have not provided holders of the Options with an opportunity to exercise their Options, the Company has resolved to issue New Options to registered holders of the Options on the date of expiry, being 13 February 2013.

The New Options will be on the same exercise terms and pricing, however, the expiry date will be extended to 30 June 2015".

Management also has much to answer for as they significantly diluted the value and the number of AKKOAs by, very wrongfully, issuing them for free while they were been actively traded on the market!! That was a disaster for existing holders and you should also bring that to their attention.

United you stand divided you fall.
