    re: law council slams howard's scam. If I remember correctly ex law Council head John Marsden wanted to go over and defend Saddam - how reasonable is that?

    Defence lawyers are a strange breed, using the law to absolve criminals from their crimes - these new terrorism laws must have upset their clients.
