Please refer my post 28/1.....hence, to whose benefit would it be to open the technology for all to peruse/critisize/test and ultimately copy.
If the company was to do exactly what you have detailed, but runs these tests prevately in conjunction with only the Contractual/Equity partner it was to enter into an agreement with, wouldn't this suffice???? No-one's asking the mums and dads to invest anymore, and upon relisting hopefully all will be revealed so that current and potential new shareholders can trade fully informed.
Reveal the technology to the world first and I'll guarantee the Big companies of the world will have the technology copied within 12 months.....hence why pay for it when you can manufacture it yourself. This is one of the reasons why Techies rarely are the one's that make the big $'s, brilliant minds but poor businessmen.
