Sis, I guess the issue regarding contracts depends when they were signed and at what price. And what the current price is in comparison. As raised some time ago for our JV partner dragging its heels on resolving this mess. From a costing point of view H/Q may be better off fulfilling its contracts buying on the spot price market than extracting OUR resource.

From memory it's been at least 5 years since P Mutz worked for Heathgate , so you would think any " gagging " conditions imposed by his former employers would have expired by now?

Yes indeed if he can be persuaded to " talk " what sweet tunes he could sing !!
