re: interim financial report

Did anyone notice anything significant?

I note as follows:
- Comparing and contrasting the last Quarterly Report and the Interim Report I note that proceeds received from sales of Optiblend Kits in the US itself sky rocketed by more than six times (ie. from 70,000 to 445,000.)
- Management is confident with debt recovery of 1 million dollars.
- The price of EDE shares was above 10 cents per share prior to having La Jolla Cove Investors on board. Since management noticed that La Jolla Cove Investors was down playing the share price, they removed La Jolla Cove Investors. Soon after removing La Jolla Cove Investors, on 05 OCT 2012,
(1) GREGORY HOWARD SOLOMON, EDE's executive chairman, spent $51,312.74 to accumulate more EDE shares
(2) RICHARD JONATHAN BERESFORD, EDE's non-executive director, spent $10,800 to indirectly accumulate more EDE shares.
(3) DOUGLAS HOWARD SOLOMON, EDE's non-executive, spent $42,657.30 to indirectly accumulate more EDE shares.
(4) At the same time Noble Energy Pty Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of TAS) the largest share-holder of EDE was announced to increase its EDE share holding from 22.15 % to 47.925 %. TAS is where GREGORY HOWARD SOLOMON is the executive chairman and DOUGLAS HOWARD SOLOMON is a non-executive director, each holding about 30 million shares. The above announcements regrading more EDE share-accumulation suggest that management, especially the executive chairman of EDE, has faith and confidence in EDE and its projects. the question remains that how many EDE shares were bought by other (than the above) shareholders at less than 10 cents per share?

In my opinion, the share price will soon go back to its level of 10 plus cents per share.
