Are you sure?
If one had 500,000 shares now @ 1.9c = $9500
If the shares went to 50c it would = $250,000
If then the company proposes a 10/1 consolidation then one would now only have 50,000 shares worth 19c.
50,000 @ 19cents = $9500
But if the shares went to 50c = $25,000
So I may be wrong but if you consolidate wouldnt you ose %90 of your share to price ratio...
