I know if I'd just effectively been sacked by IG, I wouldn't be investing like that. $600k could buy alot of time in France.

i was originally against the interpretation. Now I see we were both right. It works how Lani describes. But it also isnt "fair" as I'd stated. And that is the case in a nutshell.
Page needs to prove that AKW and GGP are/were related entites at the time of the deal. And therefor used the transfer to null the Page option. Not in the correct spirit. Page wins.
So GGP only need to prove they aren't related entities.
IG group have purchased various documents from the case so they could probably shed more light on this aspect?
In any event, this will take time. So it's time to focus on production. The Midlands trial hasn't started. And their will be an appeal regardless of who wins.
Our laywer is an appeals court judge. Might not be cheap. But we are in good hands imo.
