all it had to do was keep its head down.

BOF had police on the ground.

burke gave them a scientific pathway.

what did PH think would happen today?

the SP would rise because he was talking tough?

i spoke to PH last week.

he still didn't know what percentage of mel's business was effected by BOF's rules.

so why's mel stopping operations - based on an unknown - and after they've spent $100m in exploration?

if you're BHP - that's fine - but when you're a small company like mel, who hasn't got a lot to show after a number of CRs, it doesn't make financial sense.
