I missed the last bit about EWO. EWO is just saying that financing the project may be possible and that the board should get off their bum, put down their "Ice Vovos" and explore other possibilities instead of sitting waiting for the gravy train to arrive. The train hasn't been able to reach the staion for 2 years. What's wrong with that? I see an offer from elsewhere if this falls over anyway.
