I think the carte blanche reference made in the judgement is nothing more than one way of descriding a 25/75 arrangement.
There should be nothing sinister about a 25/75 JVA though.
Yes it is a pity that AGS entered into this agreement in the first place. But you can't turn back time.
If the 75 was acquired by Q/H being naughty we will get it back.
AGS have to accept this judgement and move forward.
Q/H and AGS will have to accept the outcome of what eventuates with the consumer protection case and move forward from this aswell.
