I agree that there will be a cap raising soon rather than later and with the current run of good news it should be more successful than the last one but the final uptake will remain to be seen. An interesting sign will be to see if Three Circles participates and to what extent.

I think to enhance the chances of any cap raising and because of the potentially larger orders that might roll in now, especially for NRW, we need to finally put to rest any remaining large furnace issues with a definitive announcement that everything has been resolved and that they are finally running as intended. No more caveats about 'final adjustments' or 'additional tweaks'...
