Personally, I would not be happy with $0.50 per share as an acquisition price. In fact, I would be disgusted by it.

Potential for NSE's assets is huge, I dont want my investment diluted as part of a bargain basement takeover. I also think it is a bit rich to take pot shots at the tech team when you don't have all the facts behind their decision. No doubt CP had input into these locations and would not be stumping up $13m a well for airy-fairy well locations.
